Whether it is deep tank pickling or shallow tank pickling, the process operation of modern pickling units generally adopts automatic control. In addition to instrument display, the control system generally uses several micro-processors for the measurement and adjustment of process parameters. machine.

2. Advanced technology and equipment
Although the technological operation process, monomer equipment composition and computer control of modern pickling units are basically the same. However, in order to improve the efficiency of some pickling units, the single equipment before the head welding machine is all made into double sets, and the coilers are also increased to two at the tail to meet the requirements of high productivity. There are also some differences in the selection of individual equipment. For example, Baosteel uses cantilever type unwinders, while WISCO and Anshan Iron and Steel use unwinders with magnetic rollers. Another example is the common use of Mibach welding machines in my country, and laser welding machines are also used at present. For equipment such as shears, disc shears, edge shears, control rollers, etc., many factories also use advanced technology.
